“I FOUND A GOLDMINE”
Looking at my opening statement, one would think I have an experience in mining or drilling, or try to picture me operating an excavator or a drilling machine but that’s not the case. I have no experience so far in drilling or mining, except it has something to do with cryptocurrencies.
The Goldmine I found has nothing to do with precious stones yet the intrinsic value is way beyond the worth of Precious stones. I found a COMMUNITY. Scratch that, THE COMMUNITY.
It is no news that the importance of community can’t be overstated and community brings life to a project. Community has gone beyond the bringing together of like-minded individuals to becoming the Joker needed for shaping the ecosystem, driving mass adoption and growth.
As a web3 enthusiast, it could be quite difficult maneuvering the ecosystem if one doesn’t have access to the right information, resources and people. The reason why so many people fear being active participants in the Web3 ecosystem are the rumors of the downturns and unfortunate events as well as skepticism on what to buy or invest in.
This is one of the reasons why I love SUPERTEAM. Superteam is a community of the ‘best talent earning, learning and building in crypto.’
Superteam has gradually warmed into my heart and become a home to me and here’s how.

SuperteamEarn is just getting started as it introduced a new Hackathon for writers; Solana Scribes, with a total prize of $141,690 across 54 tracks. This is an off the roof innovation for writers like me in a space and world where writers are mostly behind the scenes and these Hackathons are mostly for Developers or other related skills.
Another Innovation is Idea Banks
Ideas, they say, rule the world and sometimes people might have pieces of a great idea but find it difficult to connect the dots. The Idea Banks enables builders find ideas by Solana founders across the ecosystem to help bring out their creative juices and make a great product.
The Idea Banks cut through various Web3 solutions or product ideas ranging from Payment, NFTs, Mobile , Consumer dApps, DeFi to Infrastructure.
That’s not all as Superteam provides tools, Pitch deck templates as wells as organize events to help bring builders together, share ideas and advice builders on how to go about Building on the Solana ecosystem.
Also, Superteam organizes Hackathons to help builders stretch their developer’s muscles and to foster healthy competitions but more importantly, provide aids, grants and opportunities to meet with VCs for their products.
Superteam continues to blow off the roof with an Innovation like Instagrants. A great product would always remain dormant, not necessarily because it is not a good idea, but because it lacks the necessary funding.
With Instagrants, users can get grants to get started with their ideas, community projects, content, codes as well as Workshop or events. The application process for the grant is quite easy and seamless and it takes less than two minutes to apply.
With Instagrants Partners like Wormhole, Solana Foundation, Backpack, Circle and some other Regional grants, Builders have a lot of options to choose from.
